My scrutiny under monitoring is underway; I am a retired person; had salary income all along; paid all the taxes; the officers are threatening to declare all my assets illegal and prosecute; every week they are asking for new data; they coaxed my CA into submitting a balance sheet (!) and questioning issues like expenses etc, obviously with an expectation of a bribe; the indications are Rs.100000/- which I am resisting. I have made two visits and undergoing tension and worries. Any advice?
