Haveli-13 officer is providing franking verification stamp as per state govt GR on my agreement document.

Pune Haveli - 13 officer is not providing franking verification stamp on my registration agreement. When I requested him that as per state rules you should provide me the stamp; as SBI won't process my loan application file since it was missing. After this he himself made his mind that SBI is monitoring what he is doing in registration office. So he got angry and said that he won't give stamp do whatever you want.

I also provided other Haveli - 14 and 15 offices agreement copies to him that those offices are giving it and your office is not providing the required remarks. Even after providing GR copy, news related to fake franking rackets. He is not willing to change his mind. These offices are said to follow ISO process.

As per state govt GR related to fake franking, registration officer suppose to verify the SMS send to them by bank and under UV bulb need to verify the franking stamp and provide remark over there.

I think SBI is doing correct thing, Since only registration officer has the authority to verify the franking stamp as bank send SMS to them.

Finally I need to pay bribe of 500 Rs to lawyer who works there to get the required franking verification stamp and signature.
