We were receiving the human remains of my brother in law who passed away in Paris, France. This requires us to take a No Objection Certificate from the Health Department at the Airport. For issuing the NOC the guy there took Rs.200/- Actually I did not know about this till I saw the money was stuffed inside his pocket when we were about to leave. He demanded and my Father in Law agreed.
