I was moving towards Sector-22 on my motor-bike. When I came across a "chowk" without any traffic-lights (as it wasn't on a main busy road), i slowed down to assess and then i moved off. Suddenly out of no where a traffic police man in white appeared and charged me of violating traffic rules.
He the immediately asked for a 100 buks and told me to leave or else he was gonna take me to his officer and also told me that he would charge even more.
What else i could do? Paid him Rs.100 and moved away.
