When I purchase the banglow in Nagpur. I told to keep the same price of deal for registration. The agent asked me 4% of total purchase value. I asked for the receipt but I could not get the receipt of 4% amount. It was hardly 3%. When I asked. they told me it was required to bribe register officers and middle men. I was stunned but was helpless as I could not do anything.
