I was suffering from sinus and went a govt hospital in Indore more than 20 years back and I was told that if bribe is not paid then my turn will come after a year. I was suffering from severe headache & other sinus related problems, I had no other option except to agree to E.N.T. specialist who was responsible for the patients. *******
