It was a Hot day on a Monday afternoon when I went to give my Drivers License Test. The RTO asked me Rs 200 More ( other than the normal bribe charges already paid). The reason he gave was that it was too hot outside for him to come and see my driving test. But if Paid Rs 200, he would come outside. I had to pay but felt so ashamed. A Gazetted officer behaves like this. Such a Shameful thing.
