I purchased a house in UP Awas ********** in Lucknow.Clerk clearly asked for 40K as suvidha Shulk(in office).Eventhough it has lottery system,clerk assured me that in 40K he can get me even the House no.I would chose.Finally the deal was negotiated in 25K.
I had to pay as I had already suffered in Lucknow **********.Auth & did't want to lose another chance of owing a roof for my family
