When we approached directly, the officials started to mention get me this document or the other. And advised to seek help of some agent so that all the papers are correct.

And Agent asked for 15000/-, And after talks for 12000/- agent got the registration done without any additional doc.

I feel the list of doc required must be listed on the notice board and officials should given in return after verification of all docs, what doc is missing due to which they cannot complete the registration.

This I feel is the same with all the departments.
