After getting the khata transfer done with some bribe the same govt person came till my office and took all the document and the money to get my house plan sanctioned. He did it because he wanted money and he did not want me to run around there between many people giving more money. He said if i went there personally then i would have to run around multiple times and not even sure if i would get it sanctioned. So he was one point of contact to the government registered architect and to the plan approving officer. He finally came back to my office after a month and half and gave my approved plan saying this is just a formality and i could construct the house however i wanted. Just that pay the inspecting officer some bribe whenever he comes during construction.
