How to fight against corruption, miscarriage of justice

Reported on January 17, 2011 from Bangalore , Karnataka  ι Report #28852

Consumer court Judges are also not honest so I do not advise to go to consumer court.
I applied loan from Bank of India, paid almost 20K (bank processing fee, manager asked for conveyance charges for survey, surveyor and awayer charges, documentation charges etc.) , given all the documents including draft of sale deed. Further fixed the refistration ********** for 13th Nov. 2008. On 12th Nov, almost 1.5 month after bank sanctioned the loan.
On 13th Nov, bank lawyer wanted to add clauses in Sale Deed (see here why Bank didn’t ask for the changes earlier, on what basis laon was sanctioned then) which Purvankara Builder didn’t agree. So, Bank didn’t disburse the loan.
In this case either Bank or Builder is on fault and not the consumer.
So, I filed a consumer case, Judge has given the Judgement that there is no deficiency of service from Bank and my complain is frivilous and I need to pay Rs. 10k to Bank of India , 10k to Chief Manager ********** -BOI, 10K to Purvankara.

Then I appealed in State Consumer ********** again spent 25k , Judge dismissed the case on first hearing so all judges are hand in glove.
They discourage consumer to file a case. They are under influence of bigshots.
I am contacting Journalist, contacted Aajtak and they have shown their helplessness and they mentioned that at certain extent media is also under influence and this is my individual story so they can not enertain.
Still I am in the process of finding unbiased Journalist, ready to give all evidence.

If someone knows and ready to fight against corruption let me know.
