HOW I BECAME A VICTIM!!!

The first time i did not pay the policeman for passport verification,he did not send the report to the passport office in cochin,and this caused a lot of delay and problems in my travel plans. Having suffered thus,i did not take a chance with my childrens passports which had to be renewed with address change.I have to admit this, but i did it...greased his palms well enough. Iam so ashamed of this. I hope I don't have to do this ever again..nor any one else in this country..
