Actually we needed a water connection to our house as there were no proper water in our house. my mother applied for water connection in eseva with fee of Rs.6050/- and got the receipt. the the work has been given to me to complete the process, i went to the water tank of our area and spoke to the person available there and asked the procedure he told they must see the location and should make a quotation and fee has to be paid, he came to the location and saw the distance from main pipe tp my house and he asked me to pay 6000 i thought that it was govt fee and gave him the money (i dont know that my mother paid in eseva) and came to know that it was a bribe when i insisted for a bill for that 6000 he told you wont get any bill after fitting with in 2months you will get bill. i was shocked why i dont get a bill and went to another water tank and there they told the estimation would not be more then 1200, and they confirmed me that he took a bribe from me and advised to atleast force him to get the bill for 1200 and make the connection fast, and in this situation after handing over the money to him it i asked him the money in return he told everyone will be charged the same if we wont pay the money it will take more than 2 years to give a connection else immediately with out govt order we will give u a connetion and later slowly u will get the bill and tax challan, in this cindition i am bound and kept silently seeing being educated due to lack of information and was cheated, not only me this is happening to many people in my enquiry some are giving more than Rs.25000/- this is true corruption is in this range in nellore no one take cares of this... hope god should help nellore and *******
