I was sitting with my girlfriend in car. i had parked car prope rly on palm beach road . we were discussing some things. suddenly cop arrived on bike asked me for documents. i showed him everything was cleare. he kept all documents including my election id, pancard,train pass, insurance paper.puc. he said its wrong to park car aside this road (about which i was unware i have seeen many cars standing there)
he clicked my girl friends photo (not my) cars photo. He was using abusive language. after some time he said agar court main jaoge toh 15000/- lagenge. muje sirf 7 hajar do. to which i was shocked.
i explained him all scenario. and people were jogging on road around 7 pm in the evening. cars were passing by. i dont know what is rule i want to know. and how to react to it.
