Hi,
i am looking for a New Gas connection in bangalore and i went to almost 5 gas agencies where they asked me to give them from 8500 to 10000, (********** **********, ********** etc) at which i am not able to give them the same. finally i found a HP Gas agency in Gottigere where they charged me 6200 and i should give them 1000 on delivery of cylinders, i have provided all the documents in original (Rental agreement, PAN card, Affadavit sworn before the **********).
I saw a lady named ********** sitting there and asking for Rs.50 for every single information to get from her, like a lady came for transfer from chennai to bng she has provided all the information and she is supposed to get some amount back and out of which rs 50 is less , she asked why is there 50 rs less ********** said documentation charges, then the lady asked for a recipt of Rs 50 she denied to give and said i will cancel your transfer if u wont give me the documentation charges, another person who came for entry of cylinders taken earlier into the book she took 50 rs and i was there for around 2 hours and saw her made 500rs just like this.
please take any action that you can do.
