As a naive just passed out from college, went to University to get the certificates.
Officers kept telling me to come next day as certificates are not ready yet. After a week of expenditure staying in a ********** as expected, attendar suggested that he would get it done soon for 1000 Rupees. Once the money was paid, certificates were ready in 15 minutes.
At that moment, I was contemplating between a choice to live in India or go aborad and am leaning more towards staying in India. The above incident has changed my perception and made an instant decision to go abroad.
