Actually i am forced to pay a bribe even though my assesment is up to the mark but the office is going on asking for same papers n thus harrassing me in one or the other form. She also mentioned how she has made other assesses to go to tribunal and pay more chrges. and my next yrs scrutiny is also with her so I have to pay her to make a settlement for the current scrutiny or she will harrass me for the next scrutiny also . This has made me to rethink that u shlould never be genunnie tax payer nor a responsible citizen as u work hard and all corrupt officers n politicians enjoy. She has asked for Rs 3 lac I have to make a settlement may be 50 to 75 thousand.
