I am not getting salary slip and school management taking our signature on blank page

Sir this is Kamal Singh age 25 year currently i am working at Wendy school junior college (ICSE BOARD) Gwalior (m.p) as a physical education teacher where i am getting 13 thousand salary per month. I am not getting any salary slip from this school. they are paying directly by cash. actual salary they are showing there board is far more than they are paying to us. they are also running college where they appointed me as a sports officer but m not getting any salary for that. they showing there college as regular college but that is not. our school administration Mrs Sunita Dubey also call us for as a invigilator for vyapam grade 4 peon post exam which was held on 12.07.2015 where they paid us check of Rs. 900 but now they are asking to return Rs.500.
Sir its not a matter of our school only. Many of schools and colleges doing same. I have done B.P.Ed and M.P.Ed from L.n.i.p.e Gwalior and i thought i may got more than 20 thousand salary here in Gwalior city. but most of the school paying around 10 thousand per month. many of college from Gwalior city showing as a regular college but that is only on paper.
sir m requesting u to pleas take a strong step against our school chairmen and administrator who are involving in running fake college and paying us not actual salary that they are showing to there board.
