I did pay for my passport

Well in dec 2005 firt tym i applied for my passport at passport office unnao i.e. my home town.after few weeks the equiry officer come to my home for enquiry and demanded 1000 rs as bribe at that moment my parent said no to him.that was my and my parents life time mistake he send my enquiry negative after that it took almost 3 years to get my passport and 5000 rs bribe at different ppls from passport office to local police station and cid people. thats how our system works?
finally i got a chance to say something about that incident thakns to you guys.
