I forgot my insurance

I said that i have insurance for my bike but the police officer said i don't know u have to pay the fine else u will face the consequences, this incident happened in front of SIT college front Gate . And for police officer it became a hobby for every month end they will stay either at front gate or back gate for the collection of fine by students .
