I bought a house in **********,ghaziabad last month, during the registration process its like one will have to bribe each and every corner in the office, the writers who prepare the documents they charge what ever they want nothing is fixed. Then during the registration process if you want to have the registry paper in one day then one will to shed extra 4000 - 5000 which will go to the Registrar for signing the papers, then the guy sittng outside taking everyone's thumb impression and signature of the buyer,seller and the witness he'll charge something. Every where you need to show them the note to get the work done. It was almost like we paid something around 10,000 extra for getting our property registered.
