I had to pay bribe to move

I missed once my Police Verification, so my verification was returned to Passport OFfice.Second time also-the Police got angry because i was not contactable as I was out of town due to my marketing job. He asked me to come instantly otherwise my verification will return to Passport office again. I in fear came to POLICE STATION, But my case was being delayed purposely inspite of knowing my busy marketting job which i conveyed to him. In return that Police was expecting Bribe. So i had to give 144Rs to him to move ahead.
