I had to pay just because I had my friends' bike

I had to ride the bike in front of the policemen. I submitted all the document. I showed bikes registration, documents everything. But just because registration is in the name of my friends they didnt accept my applications. Unfortanately i got 1 'dalal' who took 150/- from me and give that peson 100. All on a sudden that guy smilingly approved my application. Pune R.T.O. office at alandi is a paradise for bribers. You can get license within 30 minutes if u pay 500 bucks or you have spend all your day or even 2 days to get a lerner lincense. Everyone is corrupeted there. Starting from Habildar to the head of that office. Shame on Indian democracy.
