I bought a new dr.dre head phones and i am using head phones while driving from the day i bought my bike but today suddenly a traffic police stopped me and told me that there is a Rule do not put headphones and drive and i argued with him for a while and then i paid him bribe .. without chalan 150 .. with chalan minimum he asked is 250 and 500 is general fine and a counsiling on do not put head phones and drive ( i put very low volume when i put head phones so that i can hear the other sounds of vehicles ) this is how they are briniging the new rules to F*** the common people .i hate this indipendent corrupted country ... the other communist countries and soviet countries are far better from Us.
I REALLY DON'T KNOW THAT HEAD PHONES SHOULD NOT PUT WHILE DRIVING .. I NEVER SEEN THAT SIGN ANYWHERE .
