I hate to pay Bribe

• New Domestic Driving License
• Paid INR 100

I opted for drving licence, For drivers test I refused to pay bribe indirectly and I was failed by the inspector.
So I started renewing my LL every six month and paying the fee.

I had a 4 wheeler licence from some other state and I took zerox of it and entered DD for moter cyccle with gear in in zerox and I carry the same all the time.
I dont feel to go and give test and get a genuine 2 wheeler DL.
