I have not got my revaluation results from past 4 years.

I failed in a subject in my 5th MCA in my first attempt in Dec 2006. I got this results in Aug 2007 and I applied for challenge valuation. I didn't get my challenge valuation results (I didn't know whether I have passed or failed). And I applied for supplementary Exam in Jan 2008 and I got this supplementary results in Nov 2009 and I had passed in that subject. Today is 7th March 2011 and till I have not got my result. I want to know my challenge valuation result, it doesn't matter I have failed or passed in that. For this I have no time to roam. When ever I reach University the I couldn't find the respective person. Either he will be on leave or on some meeting. I have paid bribe to my college in charge of Rs 500 once and Rs 2000 once. He didn't do much and one day he quit my college. And when I approached Principal, Principal tells me that it is too late and they cannot do anything much even if they want. And now I have bribed the new in charge of Rs 1000 last month. And hope this time I will get my challenge valuation result.
