I have went for the RTO Bidar to get aa permanent DL from my learning licence and on my first attempt i.e.. On 20-7-15 they have rejected me as I have not paid the bribe and I have asked the inspector that why they failed me and he gave a reason that I have not shown the signal but in actual I have shown the signal and he has not even checking while I am driving and I have a complete video recorded by my friend and I have tried to convince him but nothing happened
Again on 27-7-15 I went for a retest and this time I have contacted a broker as I had not option other than this and have the complete recording of the broker also who told me that how much is the charge of RTO inspector and all other officials and finally the deal happened where I have to pay 500 and this time the broker made some marks on my file and that's it they have passed me and i have recorded this time also
I just want to know why I have to pay bribe when I know how to ride
