I hv been given an amount of bribe to the computer assistant in registration department via a broker

In the registration dept., we have to pass a test which is conducted there online, we dont know the signals and their meaning, we dont find a way to do so, not even when u search online, the office dont provide anything so to find out, finally we are forced to give bribe to the assistant through a broker to get passed in the test.
i need the system to be changed...
