I paid 1200 for passport verification

I belongs from poor family. I applied for passport to get private job in abroad.After two month my police verification came at my police station and they inform to me about my verification when i went to police station they ask me for 1200 rupees then i speak sir i am not able to pay you this much please help me then they shouted me and they apeak if not pay money we will write bad attitude about you. so i came back and i borrowed money on interest and i paid the money to the police station.
