I was asked to pay 1500 as application charges ( the decent name for bribe) to get a food license for my shop. They don't accept the bribe while you submit the application. They will visit your shop and ask for the bribe. If you resist then you will not get a food license to run your shop. This is the state of government offices and it is a shame that nothing can be done to change the system.
