I PAID 85000/- TO GET MY LIC HOUSING LOAN APPROVED

I paid 85000/- to get my housing loan approved through LIC. This did not happen even after 4 months of wait. I started my work on the advice of the manager from the housing loan department and now I am stuck with a half built house, no loan and at loss of 85000/- Now the manager says he needs more money to approve the loan. I cant afford to pay him any more, because I don't have anything left with me.
