I apply my marriage certificate after 1 year. So I need to apply it in special marriage act. Today I got my certificate (ie. 13/05/2016). I paid Rs.600 as bribe in Subregistrar Office,karivalam vandha nallur, Sankarankovil, Thirunelvlei -627761.
