I have paid sum of 12000/- to hod of distt khadi gram udyog office-lakhimpur kheri, up. for send my subsidy amount in my loan account, which i have taken against pradhan mantri swarojgar ********** for self employment.
also he had taken rs 10000 for file charges which are not mentioned any where.
want to share you all, there are minimum 5% amount fixed for all files proceed for self emploment as a bribe.
