The day of the historic election day, on the day of arrival of modi Sarkar I paid bribe.
I went to bbmp office to collect my grandmother's death certificate.the person in the office to issue the certificate told me I have to pay charges for issuing, I assumed it to be govt charges.he told me 150 rs..I paid..waiting for a receipt, then he told me my job is done so I can leave
