I paid a bribe to the conservancy staff to clear garbage

Chennai Corporation's conservancy staff demanded Rs.50 for clearing garbage which the Chennai Corporation staff are duty bound to do. I was put in an awkward position and if I did not pay the garbage would not be cleared. I have also made a complaint regarding this to the Chennai Corporation on their website. These days even for such work you will have to shell out money otherwise the work will not get done despite the fact that the Chennai Corporation pays them salary.
