I paid bribe for doing khata transfer

The New house I brought when I had topay the taxes I needed the Khata to be transferred. Builder said I have to do it myself. So done. But the bribe I had to pay was approx 25K for 2 BHK. I already paid 12.5K during registration.

So will NAMO or any sarkar can refund this money which is tax paid.
