I paid a bribe for Drunken driving for a reading of 7mg/ml

I drank a small peg and was bringing the car out on to the main road in kondapur Hyderabad near club 8, when the police stopped me and threatened to seize the vehicle for a reading of 7mg/ml. I told them I knew drivers were allowed a limit of 30mg/ml but he threatened to court. I had to pay a bribe ( I was ready to pay a fine whatsoever amount but he threatened to seize the vehicle ) of 1000rs. I shouldn't have driven after drinking but I am sure that the limit what it came was permissible limit.
