I paid bribe to fasten the delivery of Encumberance certificate(EC) in Tambaram Register office, chennai. I paid through a agent to the official to get the EC in 2 days instead of a week. Now feel ashamed of assisting a bribe. I feel that the government services lack any processes or dont implement people oriented process which promotes bribes at various levels
