My name is ifathunisa my file no BN1069710963716 and my DOB 02/08/1971. Mr Rajshekhar who came for verification and taken 300 rs from me for police verification 3 year old gas connection,aadhar card with address update, and lease agreement of more than 1 year and permanent address proof of voter id and aadhar card. But he has not completed verification.
