My wedding date was 15/04/2012, I went to register my marriage data under Hindu marriage act. So i had been to Sub Registrar officer to get the Marriage certificate. Before we met the officer, his assistant came to me and asked me Rs.1000 to make to fast else he said it will not be looked up on.
I denied to pay the amount initially and next day i was forced to pay Rs.1000 bribe.
