I paid a bribe to get my passport verfication done

Though it wasnt a bribe he asked some charity for local ********** festival i asked him for receipt for the payment and he handed over to me dummy receipts for that for the year 2000 ..... i knew that it was a bribe i was paying but i wanted my work to be done properly so i had no choice and got my passport in 45 days .....
