I paid bribe for police commissioner office & FR Department

I wanted to attest my degree certificate in the HR department Bangalore vidhana soudha There in HR department there the the parson who do the signature he dragged my work 3 to 4 days to get it done ....... so i finely i paid money . For the certificate vitrification it reached police commissioner office so the same story happened again i paid bribe for the two person over there
