I wanted to have a change of address for my passport, in district Lucknow. Pin 226002. I can not write the Thana name or the police chowki, as I do not have any faith on the police. The police constable asked for Rs 1000 bribe after the police verification. I know that no action will be taken as the money goes to all the officials at the top. Even the small kids of the village knew that the police would ask this much amount of money. I am reporting here for the reporting purpose. And if the administration is sincere then they would rectify their deeds at least at all the police stations falling under the pincode mentioned.
