I am working in Western Railway.My vehicle was parked in parking alloted at Mumbai Central Railway Station for Railway Staff.My vehicle was having a sticker alloted to railway employees to put it on their vehicle.My vehicle had been taken by RTO officials for parking in alloted RAILWAY PARKING.When i went to RTO to get my vehicle,the concerned official realized his fault and said that the boys who pick the vehicle must not have seen the vehicle in a very apologetic tone and then very shamelessly asked for a bribe for releasing my vehicle.I was shocked to hear that.
