I was goes to rto office to recive my licence vehicle but it was not ready so i am give ricept of licence to my friend to recive the licence and i return to go home then in road traffic police stop me and tell about licence i tell him what happend in rto office he shout on me and tell me come tomarrow in court with fine Rs.5000 with your father i am tell again and again he was not tried to listen my problem then after some time he was investigate that i am from millitary or police due to my personality then he offer to give Rs.100 or come in court with fine *******
