I paid a bribe to a T.T.

I paid a bribe to a T.T when i was traveling from JAMUI to RANCHI. I have taken a genral ticket for a genrel class but it was to rush on the train. Then i moved to 3 tier A.C compartment. I ask the T.T for a seat he said you will be charge Rs600 for a seat. I gave him the money and i told him to make the ticket. he said don't worry no one will check your ticket. I still told him to make the ticket he told if you want ticke. then here is no seat avalable. go some where else... I don't have any option so i gave the money to him.
Is there any way to stop them....?
