Residence certificate was neccesary for admission in unversity,thats why i went to get residence certicate and filled the form and gave all neccesaary documents to the officer but after 2 3 days the report was still on his table.then he said me to give 100 rs.without 100rs he was not agreed to forward my report to process. at last i gave him money to get my cerificate and day after that day he gave me my certificate.his name was VERMA ji....he was babu at taht place in rewa collectrate
