My Uncle's son had born on 1994. but my uncle did not register his brith. Now, he has completed diplomo. he is ready to go foreign. bt he doesnt have a birth certificate to bring passport. So, he has to apply on court for birth certificate.For this purpose he wants no entry certificate which is given by birth and death inspector.Madurai district, east taluk, vandiyur birth and death inspector ask a bribe 2000 rupees for this purpose. Then he asked another 2000 rupees and 500 rs for tax. My uncle had paid this amount. because he is uneducated. he doesnt know about bribe.After he paid this amount, he was sharing with this matter with me.Here i have to say this, he is very poor family man. he is working as a weaver. but still the birth and death inspector doesnt give a no entry certificate.My uncle is feel very bad. Kindly, I ask to you please help for control bribe and corruption.
