I paid money to get my Granny's death certificate.

I enrolled in this department on december 17th, the day on which my grand mother died. I paid bribe amount of about 2,500 to get her death certificate after 25 days with all wrong information's (husband's name & address fields were blank) corrected. They asked me to have the old report if in the case I didnt have money to give.
