I have completed my graduation and submitted my application for Provisional certificate along with fee challan. The clark asked me to contact after a week. After one week he said that it is not his table to issue certificate and consult another clark. The other person said that it it not his job and it is the first persons job. Again i approached him. He asked me to come again after 15 days. Everytime same story repeated and finally i got the certificate after 3 months. While handing over the certificate the clark demanded Rs. 4000 for the job otherwise he denied to give my certificate. Finally after paying Rs.2000 he have me the certificate.
I work in a private organization. The time took for the clark to issue one certificate was 3 months. If the same job is assigned for me in my company, it will take hardly half am hour to verify the records and another half am hour to get authorised signatures. For 1hr job the Government official took 3 months at a cost of Rs. 2000. The same job we can do in 1hr. This is the fate of our Government system.
